BOYS!

I love writing about my kids. I don't have time to read and write like I want to but that's ok because I am having so much fun with my kids. Tanner is starting pre school and Holden crawling EVERYWHERE! They are growing fast and I am so happy I get to stay home with them. WE played outside today and though it was hot we had lots of shade and water to keep us cool. Tanner will be going to school just three days a week from 8:30 to noon. I am excited for him as he is so ready to learn. With his birthday being in November he will be one of the older kids in his class so we thought getting him use to school this year would be good. He is very excited. We will meet his teacher next Wed. It is a small christian school which will be great for us all to make new friends and i look forward to helping out when I can. I am staying home with the kids for the next several years so I will be able to help at the school. Holden is so cute and chubby and crawling everywhere. Tanner liked it a lot better before Holden was crawling in his room and wanting whatever toy it is that Tanner is playing with. Poor Tanner I think your trouble is just beginning. :) I love these boys so much. I have been making time for me too. My womens groups, meetings, and of course my running. Billy and I are officially both training for our 2nd marathon. I love it. We ran 9 miles over the weekend and we just build our miles up from there. We both agree it helps us be better parents. Tanner is becoming quiet the clever little boy. I love having conversations with him and he says some of the funniest things. He cracks us up. Holden is pretty laid back for the most part but he certainly can fight his bedtime at times and that is no fun. :( I love love love having boys. We played in the dirt today, swings, little pool, and Tanner even road his cars around. We love getting dirty and sweaty and just plain messy! Summer is coming to end I guess since its back to school. I do LOVE fall. Its my favorite!! WE are headed to Sarasota next weekend for four days. I so look forward to beach, sand, surf, and playing with my boys. Nothing says togetherness like trips out of town. :) Holden will love it. He has only been to the beach once. Tanner loves the beach and it is my favorite. Counting my blessings and glad the boys are on a nice napping schedule at the same time right now. Naps are vital to mommy and babies. :) THankful today!!
